MDN charged close to Euros 900 to clean a house, windows included yet they sent three young people with no equipment to clean my house. They cleaners were not even properly dressed to clean the house (one of the ladies was wearing high heeled boots). They lacked a floor polishing machine, a steam cleaner to clean a natural stone bathroom floor! The owner did not even bother to supervise or send a supervisor. We had to call him. His window cleaner said he would not have been happy with the way the WC was cleaned. The poor cleaners had to be on all fours to clean the wooden floors , staircases etc. I suggest you seek an alternative company. The manager has no interest in delivering a service. he does not invest in his company, it is a DISGRACE that he calls himself a professional cleaning company.

Société A FUIR absolument sauf si la crasse ne vous dérange pas. Incompétents, les employés ne respectent pas les horaires ! Les managers ne contrôlent pas le travail malgré les remontées d informations , photos à l'appui. Pas de réponse, silence radio. On vous change d équipe sans prévenir. Il faut avoir confiance !! Que des salariés étrangers (pays de l'est) qui ne parlent pas Français. Malgré les remarques, rien ne changent. A éviter.
