Very bad after sale service! I bought a Fossil Gen5 in March 2020, the watch stopped working within 3 months. I went back to enquire, they took the watch for inspection, kept it for 6 weeks and told me that it was fine again. As soon as I got home, on first charge, the watch was dead again.. Never buying a Fossil smartwatch!
