Our Alfi turned one year yesterday...I'm pleased that he is a nice and healthy dog with a great character ...easy to train...loves to travel...really a kennel to recommend !!!
I bought a dog 1 year and 2 months ago.a boomer. When we got home,after i took her a bath,i saw that she had some stiches,i called a girlfriend that she is a vet in uk and told me is a hernie operation and i shouldnt still gave her a bath.she was also having something kind of an epilepsy and cough.i called the shop,and i must admit that,with me they were veery friendly and helpful. I was to a dr with her,that they have a collaboration with.the dog stayed one night there.she was kind of ok after.i payed nothing.but ..the coughing persisted,so few days later I was back to the dr.she wouldn't receive me anymore,because I didnt made an appointment. Well,also the first time,I didnt.so big Big minus for the vet.i went to other vet on my expense.no problem.i wanted the puppy to be well.it looked like the puppy was much younger that what was written in the passport,but i,again,must admit,the shop didnt keep this a secret.i remembered that they told me that they just received the dog,dont know what happened before.also the vet,told me that the vaccines are probably not done,so i did them again.now,one year later,the puppy is perfect,best dog I ever had,best friend of my son.i dont have a lot to complain about the shop,because with me were honest and very friendly and helpful.this problems most of the dogs have from a canise.i had 2 dogs before bought also from a canise,also with the same problems.but that shops payed for nothing and they wouldn't help me with advices also.a canise is like a kindergarten. If one child is sick,most of the children will get sick. So u always have to think that when u buy from a shop.i would just recommend them not to have collaboration with just few doctors,because some of us we don't live in that area and is difficult to get to THAT dr. We should be able to take the dog without expenses to any dr we think is better.

We bought a 5 months' old French Bulldog on 21 April 2018 and it looks well fed and is sociable with both other dogs and people. We liaised with Dirk as he was the only one who could speak English (and we don't speak any Dutch unfortunately). Dirk was quite helpful, addressed all queries we had, gave us advice on puppy caring, vaccination, vets, etc. It is a fairly large pet shop with a number of different breeds and dogs may be imported from other countries too so have this in mind if you planning a visit. The facilities were clean and all dogs appeared to be in good healthy condition. Not scoring 5 stars as we found the advertisement slightly misleading, perhaps due to communication barriers ie. price was slightly different (higher) than originally advertised; there was a \hidden\ charge (EUR25.00) relating to admin fees for dog registration which apparently is mandatory in Belgium; the ad also made reference to a \starter kit\ which we thought would be something \complimentary\ but effectively relates to the dog's paperwork (passport, microchip, etc.) so nothing \additional\. Although it is too early to comment on the puppy itself, all-in-all I can recommend Puppies en So.
