As a distributor I introduced the first UNICA laundry machine into Hong Kong in late 2012 - an 200kg hygienic barrier washer extractor Model 200/3 - at the laundry plant of Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital, an acute general hospital with 550 beds established in 1887 in Hong Kong. The machine has been proven as a faithful work horse for the past 8 years with few problems to the satisfaction of the hospital user. Whilst some other machines can cause no less than a small earthquake during final spinning, Model 200/3 under 650rpm extraction speed is as quiet and elegant as a swan - thanks to the skillful assembling technicians for perfect balancing of the large drum under high speed.
