John is a very nice and warm man. The reception was great and the man most certainly knows his leather. I went in to get a custom saddle for my motorcycle. We took a look at the bike, we discussed the possibilities, what I would like it to look like and made an appointment to get the saddle customized. The only downside is the long waiting time. Can't wait to see what the finished product wil look like.
