I tought SMA was one of the best inverters, but I was totaly wrong. Both the app and the website are so bad when you compare to others. Data only gets loaded every two hours, so you can’t even see anything in real time. Website also fails a lot. Conclusion: if you’d like to monitor everything with a good app, than don’t but an SMA...

Bought 2 SMA inverters in the sommer of 2013. SMA says that the live time of an inverter is 10 till 15 years but in april 2019 one broke just a few months after the warranty period. You can not buy spare parts of an SMA inverter and SMA does not give any leniency. When you E-Mail SMA it takes a lot of time before they answer. Their answers are misleading, unclear and it is not possible to reply to their E-Mails. SMA is very customer unfriendly and I advice no one to buy anything from them.

Je neemt 10 jaar garantie via een installateur van SMA. Omvormer gaat stuk na 9 jaar. Je hebt een factuur waar letterlijk op staat dat je de optie 10 jaar garantie hebt genomen. Maar ze weigeren iets te doen voor ons! Nooit mee werken dus, je kan er niet op vertrouwen! We gaan naar solar edge of iets anders, maar zeker geen SMA meer voor ons!

Bonjour, Que vous soyez particulier ou installateur, le service téléphonique est déplorable. Même l'installateur doit recommencer plusieurs fois avant de les joindre et ce pour une guidance insuffisante.

Top omvormers, waar je handig mee kan overdimensioneren. Mooie toestellen. Wat duurder dan andere merken maar veel veel beter qua kwaliteit. Gaan zeer lang mee en halen enorm veel uren op volle kracht.
