I bought a brand new Class C from Mercedes Benz Mechelen in August 2019. After having some concerns with my new car, I obviously contacted them to make an appointment in order to try to fix my issue. I was negatively surprised how the body shop service treat their customers. They don't care at all about your concerns and try to throw you away to another service dealer without any scruples. Hopefully there are others service dealers that are more professional, who puts the customers first and who are respecting their commitments.

I come before working hours. The workers were already there. They were not ignoring me. They open exclusively for me. All personnel is extremely supportive and professional. Communication was clear and directly going to the point. People are frendly there. The level of personnal culture is impresive when contacting them by phone or direct. We are impressed with my wife. The service is getting worse over the days. They make appointments and then forget about it. Promise backup cars during servicing and when you go there they can't give you a car because the cars are being cleaned for the week after. Never visiting them again.
