It is the 3rd time when my package has not been delivered by DPD Belgium as due to the \incomplete address\. Yet entering my package details in their online system I see my address in full and all the other parcel carriers did deliver goods with no issues. Customer service is also 0, after 20 minutes of waiting you get absolutely no support but a repeated phrase 'address was not correct'. I would give - 5 stars If I could. AMAZINGLY TERRIBLE!

The worst experience so far for me. They lost a package, they delivered a package wrongly and when you try to call them (which is very expensive), they hang up when they realize they are wrong. Never again.

After consistently having negative experiences with DPD deliveries, I no longer buy online in shops that only have DPD as delivery option. Happy to pay extra so to avoid DPD.

DPD Belgium never never delivers packages correctly. They lie about tracking information on their website tracking.Additionally Their website does not have customer service tel.nr or email. What they have on their website is standard questions by chatbots which do not handle lost parcels. On the website they mention my parcel is in a pick up shop.The Shop informed me that they have not been delivered.So they are giving misinformation Stay away fro DPD as they do not have good customer service with contact details for shipment receiver! DPD Belgium Delivery service and Customer service is horrible.

I have never received any package from DPD. They always lie about attempting delivery and they don't pick up the phone. I always have to look for my packages in random pick up shops. Stay away!

I paid for an express delivery of an Amazon order by Sep 09. DPD kept my order in their depot in Brussels for 3 days (Sep 9-11). So I had to call them on Sep 11, to explain I would be absent for a month and they could only deliver the next day (Sep 12). Of course they didn't (not even 3 days after the foreseen date). I received an email on Sep 15 that they scheduled the delivery for the same date. Then another email that my order was delivered. Now I have to explain to Amazon that DPD are a bunch of morons! I hope they know already what jerks they are working with and I don't have to convince them.
