I went to pick up my new car today and was really amazed by the service! The advisor was professional, friendly and super organised. He first explained all the paper he prepared for me, then he took me to the car and explained every single functionality of the car very patiently, he also gave very practical advice on driving, the car settings etc... Before I left, he even gave me a bouquet, what a nice surprise! I hope you keep the good work and help more clients!

Nice service during my service of my BMW. Still not totally satisfied of my premium selection Europe buy from BMW guaranty. Apararently this guaranty is not the same in belgium.
