Big store with everything you need for a baby and parents – large variety of equipment, clothes, accessories. The stuff is very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They are willing to help you to decide what to buy and if you have some doubts they will clarify them. I’m highly recommending this place if you need something for your baby or for you as a parent. Come and check this place out.

More then 20 minutes on the phone and no answer from the clientservice. After 20 minutes I have a person on the line but they can not help me out. I have to write an email they say. I already have send 2 emails on which I don't get any reply. They transfer the call to the shop in Mechelen but when the phone is picked up someone from the shop in Gent answers. Now someone of the shop in Mechelen will call me back. I am very curious to know when they will call me back.

well stocked shop but non-existent customer service, listless and unprepared clerks. If you need technical details they don’t know anything, and they even don’t try to give you recommendations based on the request.

After reading endless bad reviews I was very reluctant to go there but I decided to give it a go and it was great!! They have a wide selection of baby stuff and I got excellent service!

I do not recommend to anyone, the worst decision ever to buy from this store. It has been more than 3 months and I haven't received my package, also they are impossible to reach by phone, and you're lucky if someone replies to your emails. Absolute disgrace of customer service!

AVOID AT ALL COST. Where do I begin? The worst service ever, they never pick up the phone, do not deliver on time, their phone numbers on the invoices are out of use, their webshop doesnt work on Sunday.. My conclusion is twofold: they belong to another era, and are called Baby Dump for a reason.

Awful company, awful service, awful stuff and non-existing fulfillment of items bought. AVOID at all costs! We did a birthlist, which they said (and the contract) they will deliver at least 1 month before due date. It's been 2.5 weeks past that deadline and nothing received, even if we've been asking for our bought items regularly. We are imminently close to the due date and today their excuse was it's too much work to look into their storage/warehouse since they received a lot of new pallets from the central warehouse in the Netherlands!!! And that's the point, our items might be there! Basically, they don't want to do their work, not even when they are already delayed! They do not care about their clients at all. Worst customer service I've ever seen! On top of that, they do not answer the emails and it's impossible to reach them by phone (I've been already couple of times waiting literally for 1 hour with the waiting music to not be able to reach them; and sometimes they directly cut the line and cannot even get into waiting mode). To add to the ridiculousness of handling with Baby Dump, the online shop (yes, the website!) is \closed\ on Sundays, meaning you cannot check prices nor buy or add items into your list. You'll have to, as always with them, wait some more. Baby Dump: never again.

Catastrophic communication. They keep you on hold forever, if you write to them, you get an automatically generated response that says they will let you know in 3 days, yet you never get the reply. Do they have only one person on the phone/email for everyone? Appalling.
