Horrible, or at least my experience was horrible. I had to ask at the register to get someone to help me get the right size, it wasn't busy but no one paid attention. The ones I really liked weren't there in my size anymore, soit it was black Friday the day before after all. The shoes seemed fine, but after wearing them in the hotel for 5/10 minutes I realised they were a little too uncomfortable. So I wanted to return them hours later. Turns out they never give money back. Should have asked before I bought, but I didn't expect to hear PAS de remboursements, because no semi-decent shoe shop in the Netherlands would have this policy. I was first assisted by a young man, then by a girl, but both! got distracted. After 15 minutes and 3 shop assistants I had a bon d'achat (but they wanted my name and postal code, to put the bon d'achat in my name) Now I can not even give it away to someone who actually wants to go to this ''store'' or lives in this country. As a Dutch person, my French isn't great so that didn't help, but I would strongly advise against going here.

Je viens d'y acheter une paire de chaussures, les employées sont vraiment sympa et donnent de bon conseils. N'hésitez pas avant de franchir la porte, vous allez être bien reçus :)
