Service was good. Entrance was hard to find. Customer service and the drop off counter is located at the top of the stairs located just before the parking garage.

I used UPS quite frequently in the U.S., for domestic and international shipments; I had never experienced any problems, and the customer service at the drop off branches had been excellent. UPS Belgium, and in particular the Service Center in Diegem is a different story. Two out of four letter shipments that I had dropped off there were totally botched. The first was stuck in customs due to some missing export letter (which one does not need for documents), and was then directed to a location on the West Coast of the U.S., not the East Coast as clearly labelled. The second so called \Two -Day\ shipment (still in transit after 5 days) has at this point not even left Europe yet. Again, unnecessary delay at customs (same reason), and then inexplicable delays. The customer service (both local and international) has been horrible, void of any accountability whatsoever; no apologies, no refund for obvious mis-handling. When asking the local customer rep how to submit an official complaint, he told me that UPS has no complaint department. When asking for any addresses or guidance on how to proceed, he did not offer any. All in all, I have never experienced a similar level of incompetence and lack of accountability as with UPS Belgium. Avoid at all cost!

Parcel has never been delivered even it says delivered. They often work with subcontroctars who deliveres package. They simple are stealing parcels. VERY NOT RELIABLE company. Lost several packages in a row.

Worst service ever. All of their apps are not working well. waste of time and useless. No respect for delivery time. Truck driver left without leaving the delivery note.

They called me because they could not find an address in Belgium. That is already remarkable. It took 5 minutes to navigate through the automatic menu until I got connected to a human being. You of course have to pay for these mess, so I guess it is a good deal for somebody. They repeat about 5 times that the conversation will be recorded so that you can memorize the formula really well. :-).

Horrendous customer experience. Address was captured incorrectly, it took 5 phone calls with their customer service for them to still no be able to resolve a pick up from the depot. Their warehouse team is disconnected from their customer support, their internal communication system is useless apparently and their staff isn't trained to deal with escalations. Use this service only if you're trying to deliver flowers to a dead person.
