They take ages to process your new claim. I called every day for a week. They promised to complete my forms but never did. I'll be going back to yuzu.
They lure you in with low prices year 1, and increase with more than 20% year 2. Scam artists!

Worst experience ever! This insurance is one big SCAM! Once I have insurance contract in my hand and I sign it, there is a phone call where they say \we won't insure you (for this price) unless you convince your other family members to also join us\ !! When I explain that I am living alone, they tell me they're not interested in me and hang up!!!!
Very fast and professional service. Very fast response time (by email at least) compared to other insurance companies (with others you have to wait for weeks). Staff is always happy to converse in english if the customer is a foreigner. Would definitely like to do business again. Thanks very much!!
Missed a payment for the insurance of my dog due to changed address, so I never received a payment invitation. They never send a payment reminder by mail or by phone call. Then threatened me with collection agency?! This is not acceptable! AVOID!
