Fun activity, although the water is very low this time of year. Because if this you have to exit the cano and drag it over the rocks in several places.
Beautiful day turned to horrible customer service. Paddled 13 KM on 2 persons kayak. We asked/called for service to be picked up when we saw the bus drive by and they told us no we needed to go to the half way point. So when we reached 13 KM half way point. We walked half KM to wait for the bus that they had told us would pick us up. We waited and called. The women who answered claimed to be the manager and said she didn’t know where the bus was and that she couldn’t help us. She hung up on us and was very rude. We had to taxi back to our car. Horrible customer service. They even called us and threatened us and yelled when we told them that we were takin our own way back. I do not recommend this kayak company.
Dit is een aanrader ! Voor vertrek kregen we duidelijke richtlijnen waar er langs welke kant best gevaren werd. Bij inchecken werden de corona maatregelen niet altijd gevolgd. Het aanschuiven zou meer gespreid moeten gebeuren. Waterstand was aan de lage kant, maar op het traject van 9 km zijn we slechts 3 keer hoeven uit te stappen wegens onvoldoende water. Mooie natuur, met veel waterwild om je heen. We deden er twee en een half uur over, mogelijkheden genoeg om op een strandje even halt te houden. Bij aankomst werd ons gevraagd of alles naar wens verlopen was. Een half uurtje wachten op de bus en we kunnen spreken van een geslaagd avontuur.
