We ordered our bergers but fries and salad were served after 10 minutes. No excuse as the place was not crowded. Not really clean space. Ellis in Flagey is much better.

We visited Ellis Maasmechelen last Saturday for dinner and had possibly the best burgers I've had in a long long time. I had the new Meat Lover and my uncle had the blue cheese one with extra fries, onion rings and calamari rings. Our burgers were hot and perfect with a cold La Chouffe. The wait staff all had masks on and were very friendly while respectful of distance. The payment is contactless. They even have seating space inside which has dividers like in the photo to give extra safety and make little cubicles almost for social distance meals. Great experience!

Restaurant had a nice interior as of the other restaurants in the chain. Ordered the Classic Cheese and Ellis Burger. The burger tasted bland, not on par with the pricing. Didn't taste gourmet. We ordered fries as a side to go with the burgers but it didn't come despite we already finished our burger. Asked the waitress and she said she already punched in the order but don't know what seem to be wrong with the kitchen. Ended up cancelling the fries. Service is slow despite the restaurant half full. Try to steer away from this place unless you're really hungry.

Decent burgers at a good price. Service is OK, nothing special to remark. They are friendly, they try their best and you can tell they are motivated, however at peak hours wait times are a bit longer. Make sure you order as much as you can while they have the time to take your order.
Nice burgers. It's a fastfood restaurant so don't expect to stay for a long time. Quite good for a quick bite while shopping
Decent burgers. However I absolutely did not enjoy their sweet potatoes fries, too thin! Also their cheesecakes are horrible.
