Spoke to them in the evening, needed a car urgently in the morning to get to the funeral of a beloved friend. The person told me he would ring me as soon as he was in the office in the morning. I rang him in the morning, he told me he was not at his desk but would ring me in five minutes. After 15 minutes I rang again, he reassured me it would be another five minutes. Then I rang 6 times in the next hour, he did not pick up. I rang the Hasselt office, they said they would make sure I would be called. Again nothing. I tried another 2 times. It was then to late to get a taxi to Sittard where I could have rented a car. So I missed the funeral, and never heard back from them again. Just dont waste your time with them
