Exceptionally friendly lady (Ria?) helped me choosing water colour paint. As a beginner I was overwhelmed by the variety and she helped me patiently. It was obvious she knew what she was talking about. My trip of 35 minutes to Mechelen was sure worth it.

Ladies at the counter couldn't tell us why their oil painting colours are almost twice more e pensive from other competitors for the same product. They didn't even bothered to give us some kind of a commercial reason and convence us to buy. Shame because I'm a long standing client.
