I rented a Nomad motor home from Brussels for 2 weeks in August. The rental process was easy, the rental of the motor home and adding the extras for my road trip. You have also the possibility to change the rental period with 48 hours before picking up the homeroom, which is great and offers a lot of flexibility. Alter I completed the booking, one week before the rental was starting, I was notified by the Indie Campers Brussels team that they cannot provide the WiFi option for my road trip because they don't offer this option although I was able to add it and pay for it when I made the booking. I really needed the WiFi, so I made a follow up and after several discussions with Indie Campers customer support (which is great and very responsive, especially Pedro) we found a solution which was not very convenient for me because I had to change the road trip planning. So, as an advice, please don't ask for WiFi in Brussels. It was my first time driving a motor home and my first road trip. But Indie Campers team gave me all the info needed. The motor home is reliable and it was brand new (produced in 2020 and approximately 8000 kilometres). The drop off process was very smooth (big thanks to Bruno, if I remember correctly his name). Thank you Indie Campers for a great experience! For sure, for the next road trip I will choose again Indie Campers.

We booked a Atlas in September with Indie Campers Brussels. It was a little tricky to find the office but we called to Brussels office and the person on charge Bruno was super kind and helpful. He did also our check in and thank you so much for your clear explanation and all your tips. The Journey was really good, the van was in perfect condition. For sure we will repeat. Thank you Bruno and his team.

Amazing service and communication. We rented a active plus van for our trip to Austria and Germany. The van was perfectly fine and had all the facilities as described on their website. Very unique and awesome concept. I will definitely come back soon for a trip to Switzerland. They offered us free wifi on board. Thanks for having us! Niels
