Negatives: 1- Ramen noodle was overcooked. 2- Too many vegetables types in the ramen soup. I counted 6, there should only be 3. 3- Ramen soup lacked depth and intensity, took away from the central purpose of ramen. 4 - Pork bones in the ramen. These should have been removed. Positives 1- Lovely gyoza 2- Delicious seaweed salad 3- Pickled cabbage sunomono was nice 4 - Pork burger was juicy. Better than the duck burger. Summary: Attracts a young novice crowd who want to be gradually introduced to Oriental cooking fused with European flavours. Only one chef working, even when the restaurant was full.

A bit far from the authentic Japanese ramen noodles taste but probably adequate for an out of Japan experience.tried the home chicken broth but found it a bit blunt and not intense as expected.

Good ramen and sides, some cocktail if you're up to it. The staff is professional and the restaurant is very clean. It was a good experience.

Litle Japanese restaurant with in Liege town center with nice fresh prepared food in japanese tradition always with ecological products! Nice overall and not expensive!
