am writing here to share my bad experience with this lawyer in order than other people like me, who didn't know her before, would have some more information about her way of managing the relationship with customers. The first approach was very distant: I tried many times to have the first appointment with her or one of her staff to explain my case in order to understand if she would be the right lawyer for me. At the end she called me back, she let me talk few minutes without letting me explaining everything, she asked how much was the net salary of my husband and after that she cut me saying she would take care of the case. After that we wrote an email to complete the description of the case, which she didn't want to listen the first time, in order to be sure she could take care of the case and following our strategy before any official engagement. After that she said tha case was not easy and the possibility of success quite low.... At this point we understood she was not our lawyer and we thought it was just like that. She sent a bill of more than 400 for the time and effort done: 6 short emails an one talk on the phone, just to clarify and explain the case that she didn't accept to listen to the first time. I have a long experience of agreements thanks to my job and some experience with lawyers: in every case there is a phase of mutual understanding before any agreement which is free of charge. Of course this phase should be reasonably short, but enaugh to start in the right way.... I hope this experience will help other potential customers to be careful and to define the rules before any further step. Don't be shy! Ask clearly when she is going to start counting the minutes of her time that she will charge you and ask an evaluation of the possible costs of the case: it is your right as a customer! Good luck!
