They let you in even though no parking lots are available and when you then directly want to leave again you have to pay 2,1 for a full hour - also calling the service did not help. I had to pay without having parked. Given that every modern parking house has sensors or counters telling you that's full, before entering and afterwards did not charge the first minutes for people driving through, it's a 1 star!
