Great shopowner, clearly knowing his nice. What I like most is that he has a good listening ear and will help you accordingly, and not price/commercially focused. He is certainly interested in quality and durable customer relations.
I'm a regularly at the store and it's because the sales guy is very friendly and well informed. He has great products in stock too.
