Great service, reasonable prices and fast reparation time.
Incredibly unfriendly and unwilling to help. Went there with a loose disk brake but a disinterested mechanic told me that they don't carry such specialised tools. Completely ridiculous! It's the same tool as the one for installing the cassette. How can a workshop not have that?
Has become a lot more professional since moving away from the city center. The quality of the bikes that are rented here has greatly improved as well. Highly skilled repair personnel.
Among other services, they are responsible for KU Leuven bicycles for staff. These are not of a big quality but I suppose this is more matter of funding than Velo. In terms of services, employees were always fast and helpful.
I paid 72 rent for 1 year second hand bike. Within 1 week, my back-tire exploded. I then \upgraded\ my contact to a KU leuven bike for another 22 and 120deposit... Which i had to change again after 2 weeks because it even loses speed when going downhill. Of course no refund when i downgraded to another second hand bike, which then ripped its chain after another 2 weeks .oh yeah, did i mention that you need to pay for a replacement bike? Could've bought a better bike for half the money!
Good for all types of bicycle repair
Recieved an email on Monday stating it's open till 6pm, went down and realised it's closed at 5pm (4pm on Friday). Decided to go on Friday before 4pm, and amazingly it's closed again.
