Very knowledgeable staff, top quality products, no-nonsense style. Free personalized video analysis on the in-store treadmill to make sure your new shoes fit your feet and running style. Not cheap though. Recommended for anyone who is (getting) serious about running.
Overpriced shoes. The staff seems helpful but it also seems not willing to help me. They have treadmills equipped with cameras for you to try your shoes and analyze your step. I would say it's a good place to try your shoes, but buy them somewhere else like Amazon where you gonna find a lot better prices.

Bert and his wife were very accomodating to all customers and had very competitive prices for their products. It’s not just about buying a pair of shoes but the holistic approach to it matters to Bert and his establishment. Expect like a first class customer service and treatment on your feet, meaning, your feet analyzed, run on a treadmill with a camera and have the most helpful recommendation before you buy anything. I am so happy that I bought from him and he really helped my overpronation by recommending a fairly priced item for my needs. Well recommended. I think I’ll buy more shoes from him again.
