The level of friendliness and professionalism of Simon is just great. Today I had some important documents to print and he gave me good advice on paper and printing options for a deliverable I was very satisfied in the middle of a difficult deadline. Thanks tons! Highly recommended!

Was scolded so hard to cry by the gentleman there...Only because I didn't ask if I could use the printing machine but directly started it. But there were clearly plenty of free machines available...Ok it was my fault but it was just not very friendly when he kept repeating words like \Don't you know politeness?\ \Do you always behave that way?\....Sorry :(
