I am a pre-paid customer. As usual, the month is up and I forget how to pay my bill (either I forgot or they didn't tell me in the first place doesn't matter). I installed Orange's enormous app, which is in English, great I receive texts from Orange with various useless info, and I am sitting here with a credit card TRYING TO PAY THEM and I cannot do this simple task. So now my phone doesn't work and Orange apparently doesn't want my money. I want two things from a cell phone company, EVER, WHEREVER I AM, whatever language or anything. 1. You give me data, minutes, texts and make it clear how many I have remaining. 2. You take my money each month per the plan. That's it. Orange fails to do this. Maybe I will physically go to the store to pay my bill? Anybody - find a better cell phone service and let me know what it is so I can switch to it.
Excellent and quick service! I couldn't sign up for a contract online as I only had a residence card and not an ID card. Went to the store and Bjorn solved the problem - after 15 minutes I walked out with my new GSM and contract! A very happy customer indeed
2 customer,3 personnel n I waited in the line too much! No apology obviously rudeness. guarantee system is malicious but repair system means everything bla bla n I took phone back after repair sides with cracks,back cover is not changed.. SO NOT EVERYTHING! Next time they will say side cracks or backcover used no quarentee again. Simply fraud repair system Wasted time wasted money for irmaorng repairingoffice orange&Samsung disgusted
