I had a good experience for buying digital piano. The staff shows various pianos with playing and also explained possible options to buy or rent. The possibility to replace/return within 365 days was very attractive option. I bought the piano and still am using very well. Thanks!

Just had very bad experience the boss Leo Caerts screaming at when me, we had a discussion taking the rental piano with him. Very unpolite CEO! They even charge me 181,50 euro to take the piano with him, I think he overcharged me, as he charged me 50 euro and came back and said he made a mistake! Won't recommend this store to any body!!!!
Really good music shop for all instruments with wonderful staff who is always ready to help you find what you are looking for.
Great music instrument shop, very helpful staff and price wise decent
I went in on 14.12.19, ready to buy an instrument. My mind was quickly changed when the bald 'salesman' approached me. Without going into much detail he is as bad as they get when it comes to customer service... After his failed music career he shouldn't have chosen to work in a music shop, but perhaps a nightclub as a security guard, this would fit his character better. If you want an instrument just buy online... So you don't have to encounter such a useless individual.
I went into the shop today 9.12.19, and experienced the worst customer service I have ever experienced in a shop before. The guy offering me customer support, was so rude to myself and family, I was utterly stocked. I went in to buy a drum kit for my two boys, and after that experience, I would never buy something from this store ever. The reason we have music stores is for the customer experiences, otherwise, we will all buy online!! Appalling!!
Knowledgeable people who're willing to invest time in every customer, no matter the budget or skill-level of the customer. Guitar repairs are done with precision and care. Out to sell the best item for the customer, not themselves.
In my opinion, they are friendly and helpful. Take the 1 star reviews with a pinch of salt
