I was a bit stressed while shopping there. I think there where to many people inside. It was hard to find any employees who wanted to help you. The employees where friendly, but it felt like they wanted to help me as quickly as possible.

Absolutely the WORST e-commerce experience EVER! Nonaction to the PLEDGED order cancellation terrible delay in refunding after return. Will NEVER purchase anything in the online shop!

Lot of things. Stuff is nice and friendly. Well organized however the pay-desk should be better marked, not visible enough
Service could have been better, I was ready to check out all my items and the cashier made me wait and put someone else in front of me who had arrived later. Prices are a bit higher than in webshops.
Phone stopped working after 5 weeks bought online. Have to return to store for repair no other options. In store wait 25 minutes to see someone to return it, as staff member on break. Chased by phone after 3 weeks next day advised at 4pm can pickup in store. National shut down starts. email to ask how if shop closed. Told it's open, went it's closed. ( One friendly employee sorting out in store took pitty on me and gave me my phone)
Always up to date technology.
Nice shop. Kind staff. Limited offer compared to webshop and e.g. Fnac BXL.
