this business is boosting their reputation on google with fake five star reviews after I gave them a bad one. Staff are rude and refused to apologise. AVOID AT ALL COSTS previously it had two one star reviews but many more have been added since by fake/paid review accounts.

Came here for an eye measurement so I could purchase prescription glasses. However when I received my glasses they didn't seem right so I came back to have them checked, turns out the glasses were correct but my eye measurement wasn't. When they retested me shortly after I got a different result. So now I have to buy new glasses because they made a mistake, doesn't feel right at all. I would advise against coming here.

Recently I had an uncomfortable experience with dr. Brigitte Lauweryns. She showed an unprofessional and undeveloped social skills. From the first seconds she was unreasonably aggressive and nervous in front of the patient (our 3 years old son) and us (the parents). She didn't demonstrate knowledge to us and tried to hide it behind an imperative and too direct behaving. Her poor attitude was unprofessional and unexpected from a doctor.

I had a very unpleasant experience with dr. Brigitte Lauweryns. Her high level of stress made my 3 years old son annoyed. She was reluctant to explain despite of her duty as a doctor. It was a waste of our time with her.

Ondanks grote angst heb ik recent beslist mijn ogen te laten laseren. Ik kon snel op afspraak komen en binnen de 3 weken was de operatie al. Wachttijden bij afspraken is miniem en iedereen was zeer vriendelijk. Dr. Riestra heeft bij mij de operatie uitgevoerd en het is perfect verlopen. Na de operatie kon ik direct zien maar waren mijn ogen nog heel gevoelig. Na 6 uur en wat rusten kon ik terug zien zonder pijn enkel wat gevoelig voor licht. De volgende dag geen pijn meer. Op controle wist Dr. Riestra te vertellen dat alles goed aan het genezen is. Ik moet nog een paar controles doen maar ik kan het iedereen aanraden. Bij Dr. Riestra ben je in goede handen!

Ook al was ik geen vaste patiënt in deze oogkliniek in het centrum van Leuven, het eerste telefonisch contact was zeer vriendelijk, en ik mocht onmiddellijk op spoedafspraak langskomen. Ook aan het onthaal, bij de stagiaire en bij de oogarts zelf werd ik supervriendelijk behandeld. De toegangsdeur heeft één klein opstapje maar verder zijn alle onderzoeksruimtes rolstoeltoegangelijk en dus een aanrader voor mensen met een beperking. Er is parking vlakbij( shop and go plaats) of de ondergrondse betaalparking Ladeuze.
