We came here by bikes before visiting castle van Gaasbeek . Good food and service, pleasant outside seating area.
In Belgium visiting friend's. Had lunch Sunday 12th Jan 2020. Lovely restaurant and wonderful food. Staff all friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.
Excellent traditional Belgian restaurant. Tasteful decor (OMG the vintage ciment tiles!) and very good quality food. Went there on Easter Sunday and the place was absolutely packed, and still the service was excellent! I'm not giving 5 stars because of the absence of vegetarian/vegan options, but if you're an omnivore, it's definitely a 5-star place.
Don't take the salad for a meal... you'll get 30grams of green leaves, an eight of a tomato and a small edge of an egg, with either some blocks of chicken (she) , or 6 small scampis (me) and all for resp. 16.00 and 17.00. In the centre of the Geuze region you pay more for a Geuze than you will on Grand-Place of Brussels. 5.00 ,for a rather small glass.... ( on the other side of the street (café Pajot) you'll pay 7.00 for a big bottle (75cl). Don't even expect friendliness as this is not even possible optionally....

Een heel lekkere en eerlijke keuken, met verse ingrediënten. Voor elk wat wils zowel in de klassiekers als ook in de suggesties die regelmatig worden aangepast en seizoensgebonden zijn. leuk is ook dat je in deze bizarre tijden kan thuis in je eigen bubbel kan genieten van deze gerechten. Dit met een handig overzicht om het makkelijk en goed opte warmen. TOP!!!
