I ordered online for pick up. Got SMS that it's ready. I had to wait like 15min, no one was attending. Then someone went to bring those items, another 5min. No packing simply gave everything in my hand. I was expecting in a cardboard box at least. Then I had to wait in the normal exit que for exit passing through the cash desk for others to pay. So approximately 30min to pick up my online orders. I will never ever use this service from this Hubo!
