Beautiful small lake where you can enjoy a swim and relax. The sandy band is an amazing place for kids to play and sip there feet in the cool water. The place is clean, yet the bathrooms need a bit more attention. There is a shower too. You can also enjoy a beer at the deck for an afternoon chill. Prices are reasonable and it gets crowded on weekends and holidays.

Beautifull little cooling place on hot days. Nice touch to install the large tv during the world cup. Parking though is a bit tough.
The beach is nice, clean and well maintained, but the water is muddy, cold and smelly. The \lake\ is really tiny. Entrance fee and prices at the bar are really too high for what you get. WARNING: Police check the roads around the lake and issue fines of over 100 for \illegal\ parking. More specifically, on Route de Renipont, parking is prohibited on both sides of the road (although there is no road sign indicating this). In case the small car park next to the beach is full, I would recommend parking very carefully or just changing destination!
Terrible service. Food discrete but service awful. Waited 30’to get some bread which never arrived and when I paid did not even apologise or did a discount for serving cheese alone.

it's not much, but it's as good as it gets for a getaway from Brussels, especially with kids who love water
