Worst customer service I have ever experienced. REPLY TO YOUR MESSAGE: When I ordered the keyboard I asked you is this the only layout and you explicitly said YES. When we walked into the shop today (after sending emails and never receiving anything back) you started attacking me and my boyfriend to the point where we could not get a word in to explain the situation and me repeatedly asking you to listen. You could have been nice and friendly and the whole situation would have turned out differently, instead you had an attitude with the mentality that you are right and we are wrong. FIRSTLY, I bought the keyboard on the 17th of December 2020 and was a Christmas gift. I phoned you on the 26th with the inquiry (this is 10 days after and still falls under the 14 day). You told me to send an email (which I send on the same day) about it and to date have NEVER received any email back. SECONDLY, the picture on the box and the actual keyboard is not the same. How am I supposed to see the layout without opening it? Your reply was, well this is not our problem and you should phone Apple and ask them for a refund. Where is the customer service in that?? When asking you where does it say anything about not opening a package, you handed me a piece of paper, which is in Dutch and told me to translate it by myself. When my boyfriend asked you where on the paper it says that you refused to answer and said its there you translate it. I have honestly never experienced such bad customer service. Me and my boyfriend only use Apple products, from our laptops, to phones, to Ipads and Apple watches and its save to say I would much rather travel 3 hours away and support another shop than EVER step inside your shop again.
I broke the screen of my samsung 4 times, i went to 3 different techshops and each and every time i still had problems with my screen, it came out that they didn’t used original parts. So i tried TOMMYTECH, i was helped in 30 minutes and even got warranty on the screen! The best phone repair shop in west flaanders that use original parts! service and professionalism A!
