snelle wifi is niet te vinden
Ik ben verhuist en volgens ze binnen 10 dagen moest ik internet hebben. Na twee maanden probeerde ik om mijn abonnement stop te zetten en ik heb maar 5 voor de opzegging betaald nu na 4 maanden zeggen ze dat ik het weer moeten doen.
Service client extrêmement impoli, hautain, incompétent pour la plupart, aucune communication entre-eux, la moindre demande prend des jours et des jours (près de 2 semaines pour recevoir une carte SIM), 4 coups de téléphone pour bloquer une date d'installation. NUL!!!
