I initially placed an order and then just had to go back and place a second one, the customer service I received was excellent, I always got a very pleasant and prompt response. Items were delivered quickly and were exceptionally well packaged. I can't wait to get my tree up this year with my new Royal Things christmas ballerinas, superb selection and very reasonably priced also. Voor Kerst heb ik kerstdecoratie besteld bij deze zaak. Het contact via telefoon en mail verliep super vriendelijk en vlot. Mijn bestelling van prachtige producten was tot en met verpakt om veilig en snel geleverd te kunnen worden. Er zat ook een allerliefst kaartje in de doos. Dit is voor mij absoluut zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!!!
Elk jaar kijk ik weer uit naar de nieuwe kerstcollectie van Royal Things...en telkens word ik opnieuw verrast door de originele, kwaliteitsvolle, handgemaakte decoraties...en komen er weer wat pronkstukken bij in de kerstboom! Ik ben ook trotse eigenares van een prachtig bloemstuk hélemaal naar mijn persoonlijke (romantische) smaak gecreëerd! En ondertussen ben ik ook fan geworden van de online website met telkens vlotte afhandeling van de bestelling Proficiat en blijf vooral jullie passie in jullie stijlvolle decoraties leggen...het maakt ze werkelijk uniek!!
