The meat it self is amazing but the details and all side dishes that make this menu a great experience! The tartare starter is one of a kind smoked taste!
Must visit for every meat lover. Simple as that. Staff knows what they are talking about. Not cheap, but a fair price for the quality you get. I will certainly return!

Good food, you should go! unfortunately we had to sit on high chairs which was a bit uncomfortable maybe they could add some kind of bar to the table to support your feet?
At Carcasse it's all about meat which is carefully selected and aged to perfection. It's not the every day steakhouse and a must try for meat lovers and foodies. The menu is not only showcasing different meat cuts and dishes but allows its guest to try and compare various breeds including West-Vlaams Rood, Hereford, Aberdeen Angus, Rubia Gallega, Salers, Simmental and Holstein. The starters and side dishes were as spectacular as the attentive service and ambiente.
Top quality meat and delicious side dishes. Heaven for carnivores.
