I just ordered and paid for a box of cigars on their website and not only did they accuse me of using a VPN to place my order, they also cancelled it. It's extremely unprofessional to do so and they should have tried to find another way to honour my purchase instead of just cancelling it. So it has been a week now and I am still waiting for my refund! I have never encountered such unprofessionalism in the cigar world. Not a word of apology regarding the insulting message from one of their employees and a \dear sir we sent you an email and we want our customers to be happy\ as a comment below is just not doing it! It would be nice to send me my 1250 back now.
