Everyone is super nice and helpful! I didn't find such customer service anywhere in Brussels. I bought a guitar, and when I mentioned that I need to ship it, they wrapped it up in several layers. Nothing seemed difficult for them and it seems they are really enjoying their work
I give a fifth star because I get a thank you from the shop for four stars. I'm used to buy my keyboards there since years. They are always ready to adjust the price regarding the competitor's prices and very friendly. Recently I have buy my Yamaha DGX 660 in Brussels and that was like always a nice experience in the shop. Thank you too KeyMusic.

Great music shop with very expert salesmen. You can find anything here but it's a bit pricey
The staff is super chill and extremely helpful, and this place has everything I could possibly need, music-wise. Definetly my go-to music shop. I'm glad they put up with me coming in to just try a bunch of instruments and then end up buying just a small accessory so often!
