Great place to train and they openly welcome visitors! Everyone here is friendly and you'll get some great training in. I was visiting Belgium for the first time and dropped by for a class. Really great experience and highly recommended to all locals and visitors! Top level instruction and students!

In Belgium for work and wanted to find a place to train. Being still relatively new to BJJ (4 months in) I was hesitant to train outside of my home gym. I reached out beforehand and Robert replied promptly and was welcoming. I attended the school for their Saturday class and was immediately welcomed by Mauro and the team at Kaizen who were very friendly. The class was well structured with a very good warmup, solid technique, and good rolling. Whenever I faced any issues, people were always willing to help. I highly recommend anyone train here and will be coming back while I’m in town and anytime I visit Brussels

Kaizen BJJ brings together a nice international group of people, from absolute beginners to experienced black, brown and purple belts, united in their quest for self-improvement in the gentle art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Great teachers and the occasional seminar of a visiting BJJ legend make this a truly worthwhile experience.

Kaizen is a great BJJ school with excellent instructors, and friendly people on the mats, good environment to learn and improve jiu – jitsu. Every month, there is one position to study in detail and such focus started to really give some good results for me. Once I embraced this way, I see improvements and feel it builds a solid foundation now. For instance, when working on guard passing, it’s really best to focus on relevant concepts/techniques and internalize that as much as possible, and avoid distractions like learning new submissions from say mount or side control at the same time.

Excellent place to practice bjj! I joined this place as a pure white belt and I could not be more happy with this academy! The two instructors provide a high quality teaching focused on technique. I truly recommend this place to anyone wanting to train bjj.
