The must of artisans chocolate makers of the moment and as fare as it seems it will stay for long; this is a guy who loves literally what he does and he shares his passion with people that discover his artistic creativity on the chocolate world, I would not be afraid of comparing Grimonpon avec \Disney\ or \Tesla\, he is to his field what the two others were to theirs...

My favourite chocolatier in Brussels! Such fine, delicate and balanced in sweetness chocolates, natural simple flavours, true passion in every bite. The lab is right there and you can see them at work. Every week they have \the pastry of the week\ which looks so elegant, fine and inviting! The ice-cream is a real, no-nonsense delight. A true artisan worthy of all the awards he has received. And many more! Definitely worth stoping by and putting your palate and soul to a special treat!
