The worst and terrible experience we had during our holiday! The cottage they rent us smelled rotten and cutlery and dishes were poorly cleaned. We did not have hot water at all, not even for the shower. Obviously, we asked for support from the reception which did not arrive because as they said: \ it is Saturday and they cannot guarantee they 'll find someone to fix the boiler\! Besides that, we did not receive back the entire deposit because according to them we broke a door handle and something was missed in the inventory. Of course, those accuses are not true because we left everything in the same state/way we found them. It was the most unfriendly and careless client service I experienced!

Great Rooms, great service.
Zeer vriendelijke uitbaters! In de club kan je lekker eten en drinken. Onze chalet lag op een schitterende locatie. Dit park geeft je rust en ontspanning. Tevens ligt La Roche op wandelafstand, 3h langst het bos. Wij hebben dit gedaan. Hier kom ik zeker eens terug;
Chalet conforme à l'annonce, bien équipé, personnel sympathique, enfin un endroit où le calme est respecté. Habitués des campings avec piscine et animations pour les enfants et au vu des avis que nous avions lu nous redoutions un peu mais ce sont de loin les meilleures vacances depuis longtemps... Nous reviendrons !
