The service is really good. When there is somethings happened, they always try to response as fast as possible. Although sometimes it could take 1-2 days to be solved completely, they always reply to my emails within a few hours. They also have hot line that could be contact in out-of-office hours and holidays so I felt very comfortable when stay in their apartment!
Good services with fully equipped, wifi throughout, cleaned every week, bright living room
