Windows arrived after 14 weeks, despite the fact that they promised 8 weeks' delivery time. Glass is from Poland, and the workers damaged the wall so bad while removing old windows. Surely not a company that can be compared with trustable but a bit more expensive company. Unfortunately we'll surely never trade with them again. Make sure to ask every detail in writing and ask for certificate for the windows frame and the glass before installation.

CRH chassis sells cheap Polish made windows and doors at inflated Belgian prices. We experienced a nightmare with this company: first a door with a wrong colour was delivered. After a lengthy discussion the owner accepted to deliver a new door, which came with a certain waiting time for the delivery. When delivered the workers did not pay attention and damaged another door in our house. The owner again was not very forthcoming and did not accept a reduction of the price or coverage of the damage by its insurance. To all expats and Belgians in town: better stay away!
They have send subcontractors to place the windows, work is not done as asked and basic rules of thermal isolation are not respected.
