I had an issue with an appointment for a blood test. The woman at the reception was nice and tried to help. The manager who came later had bad manners and tried to make me look as the person responsible for the misunderstanding, without making any effort to help. On top of that, he was rude.

I had an appointment for blood analysis. The doctor didn't know why I was there and when I gave him the prescription, I had go explain to him what was on it. In the end, he said he couldn't do it, or that it would cost me extra. Avoid this place.
Doctor Daskalakis the gastrenterologist is very patient and very experienced. I strongly recommend him.
Avoid this place at all costs. Although I asked, the doctor didn't give me the detailed results of my blood tests (which I paid for) and just wrote it off as \everything is fine\. When it turned out that everything was not fine and I urgently needed the detailed results to show to another doctor it took me days of chasing in person and over the phone and hours of waiting before I finally got them. First his computer was switched off and couldn't turn it on, then there was a problem with the computer, then he forgot. Horrible communication on their part and unnecessarily frustrating experience. Really not what you want when you have a medical issue. To make things worst, the place overall doesn't look nor feel clean. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
To absolutely avoid unless you wanna get sick or get an infection: corridors are dirty and full of garbage, looks more like a rubbish dump than a clinique. Doctors did not have a bath for weeks and more than that...they pretend they are paid before they actually perform the visit! Belgian National Authority should indeed consider forcing the close down of this dangerous place.
Ce centre situé à proximité du Parlement Européen propose des consultations variées dans des délais très raisonnables. L'accueil est plutôt bien organisé, ce qui est important pour éviter les tensions entre les patients. Le gastro et le cardio que j'ai consulté sont très professionnels et attentionnés ce qui est agréable compte tenu de leur spécialité. Je recommande le Parnasse.
je suis passé a la polyclinique a 2 reprises il y a de l'attente comme dans toute les centres mais hormis cela personnel tres competent et efficace. un grand bravo pour des conditions pas toujours evidentes
Accueil agréable, médecins très biens. J'ai été très satisfaite de mon expérience a la Polyclinique Parnasse, j'y retournerai!
