Really good hairdresser. Great service.I totally recommend Mel. She listens to you and you see how she tries to do her best at her job. It is not easy to find hairdressers like this. She gave me a haircut adapting to my kind of hair. She is the kind of hairdresser you will definitely go back. Furthermore, it is good value for money. It is an affordable and reasonable price for a great haircut. As for the place, the atmosphere is nice and welcoming. It was my first time and I am definitely coming back! Thank you!

I went there to dye my eye-brows. Firstly, they are very poor in English and they did not try to reassure what I want. I showed them my hair color and ask them specifically to make my eye-brows the same color. I tried my best to make them understand what I want and they seemed to understand. She said it is going to be 8 Euros. When she wanted to start dying my eye-brow, again I told her that the color you are using is too dark for my eye-brow and I want it to be lighter. She said no, I will not! That would not work! After everything was done, I look at my eye-brows, and it was darker than before! I said what the hell is this? I asked for it to be lighter! You have messed it up! Then, she had the odacity to ask for 18 Euros! I said firstly, you messed up and I shouldnt pay a dime, secondly, you said 8 in the beginning, now you are saying 18?! She accused me of lying, saying that you have told me to make it darker! Overall, it was one of the worst experiences I had in a beauty salon and I would not recommend this place for anything, as they are rude, unprofessional, and most of all non-trustworthy.. DO NOT PUT YOUR BEAUTY AND TRUST IN THEIR INCOMPETENT HANDS!

Great place because of Sonja that does an amazing job, is friendly, great to chat to and knows how to treat a client! Nevertheless I also had a moment with another lady when I went to do my gel nails and it was rather sloppy and not quite professional, therefore, -1 star for this and -1 another star because of the place that could be improved (cleaning/relaxation).
Mel is the best hairdresser I've met in a long time! She gives you a personalized advice based on the shape of your face and your hair type, plus she's very kind and fun to talk to. I'm very satisfied with my haircut and I'll recommend this place to my friends.
A place where i always feel welcome. They always make sure i leave with a smile on my face. Humble and professional what more do u need. Keep up the good job. :)
Incompetent, unprofessional, rude...
Not a good experience. The place isn't very clean, the lady was in a hurry and sloppy and she did a poor job on the waxing: half of the leg was still full of hair when I got home. Avoid.
