Overall I was impressed the shop was clean, the staff were easy to deal with. Everything was finished on time. I’m going to go back to this place. I’m staying in a long term hotel. I was getting 16 shirts cleaned I thought they could have offered some kinda discount based on the volume of business I am planning to give them. As a side note: The employee operating the front counter aware of the comments online. I got the feeling he wasn’t to concerned about it :-S He informed me he was in the process of claiming the business online.
New to Brussels, and like many people here - on an official assignment. Needing a place to get shirts starched and cleaned, tried this out (we have all had bad experiences at a cleaners, but how bad can it really be?). Well, do NT ever ask that question, because all of the awful potential of just how bad something can be was defined by this cleaners. Of 5 shirts - 1 was mangled - and by mangled, I mean the collar shredded in tiny bits. And another one - by coincidence, a custom made shirt, like all of them, but brand new - with an ENORMOUS yellow stain on it - the only possible cause would have been for a person to hold a highlighter on the fabric for 5 minutes - it is easily 10 centimeters across. So, 380 in custom made shirts literally thrown away. And the proprietor - and that is a generous term by any measure - had the gall to say they were brougt in that way. Not, of course no one takes a picture of their clothing when they drop it off - this is part of the risk you take with a cleaners. They are generally a dishonest, unreliable lot of businesses. But my experience is they generally will apologize and offer the usual pittance they offer as part of a settlement (in US law this is usually some thrift-shop depreciated value). But hey feign an interest in keeping your business. But not here - they will ruin your clothes, then call you a liar as part of the deal. If you want your clothes physically destroyed and to be insulted, bring your clothes here. Otherwise, you have been warned and deserve to expect nothing for this shop. (and you will get it).
I should've read the reviews before leaving my coat there! I have a busy schedule so I just managed to park my car and get to the door at 18:53 (a girl who lives above the establishment is my witness). To my surprise I see that the rolling shutters are down, but the light is on. I knock on the door and I see a girl, she looks at me and gestures that the store is closed, so I point to my watch to explain that I still have 7min to pick up my clothes. She looks at me with an apologetic expression and turns off the lights. So I stood there for about 5min to see if she would come out so I could explain to her that I just needed to pick up my coat. I don't mind small businesses closing earlier, but at least show that you care about your clients and put a sign on the door. This is not ok. I can only hope that my (very expensive) coat will be intact and impeccably clean tomorrow.
Items longly delayed and then another time lost by being given to a wrong person. That's 2 fails out of 3 times using them!

Certes ils n'utilisent pas de produits chimiques mais ils m'ont abimé 1 article que je leur avais confié .Ils ont également refusé de prendre mon costume en laine sous prétexte qu'ils risquaient de l'abîmer. Honnête pas pas efficace. Je ne recommande pas
Service correct et staff toujours sympathique mais un peu cher !
