I took my bike there for a general checking and some minor problems. Went there on a Friday, they told me to bring my bike next day and fixed it in 2h. It was also quite unexpensive! For 40 they checked chains, brakes, wheels and other minor elements. Great service, also one of the guys there speaks great Spanish

Went to get my brakes checked as they were making a terrible noise and had started to lose sensitivity, especially downhill which was quite scary. Daniel did an amazing job on the brakes for a great price! He even checked my chain and all the aspects of my bike to make sure it was good to ride. Really great service and super cool dudes, thanks a lot! :)

Fair service, taking into account that I had to come back three times before my bike was completely repaired, due to one problem leading to another while price remained very reasonable. Opening hours are a bit flexible, but communication went smooth. Great shop for having a regular/normal bike repaired. Thanks guys.
They were really unpolite, agressive and rude. The problem was not that they had a lot of work and couldn't repair my bike in 3 weeks, but they have always promised to do it and to send a message and they never did it. And when I was fed up with their behaviour, and brought home my bike without waiting for the reparation, the bike was in a really bad condition, worse then before, even the chain was fallen and they just kept beeing rude. This is not a style that I used to in Brussels.
Unfortunately I felt being ripped off after going to repair my bike in this place. In fact, my partner had her bike repaired by the younger person and she was pleased. I had mine repaired by the older person, and I was not only charged more for having less done but also when I came to pick it up, the older guy further increased the price which was not agreed beforehand. It felt aggressive and unfair, plus that the repair was not even good as I had to take to another repair shop to adjust it again.....
Saun and his team offer a professional repair service, including technical expertise for classic road bikes, at an affordable price. If you're a weekend rider looking for the latest gear or an E-Bike, this isn't the place for you. On the other hand if you just want to ride, you'll find everything you need here. On top of this, the boys know how to have a good time. Replaced snapped stem, full service 60eur. Can't beat that in Brussels. Opening hours (flexible) lunchtime until 1900.
