The Owner is unable to be loyal or keep her promises as far as her attitude towards her profession and so called \artistry\ i would not want to be involved again in or buying any engagement rings or / wedding rings from her. Terribly badly recommended to me by someone i would never call a friend again, the toxic and fake nature of the owner / \artist \ in residence was palpable as we entered the \ galleria \ what an awful place and person,but also a thief. The work done was of dubious quality in the name of \originality\ but when we had an appraisal done of the quality fo gold used. We found that the gold had been alloyed to the point of, that the purity of gold was so low Alto Galleria had made a 90 % profit by misleading us for our wedding vows. Stay clear of the owner or refer your searches to the locals and ask them of her reputation in the area.
