Come here for most of my interactions with Partenamut.. Found the staff to be very helpful and was able to get most things sorted out quickly. The staff speak English as well which made communication easy.

I was there once, nice and clean office. I don’t speak French though they switched me to an English speaking employee, they were very helpful and very kind.

I would like to consult that lady who can speak English well. However, the other lady with short hair only speaks French, behaves impatient, rude and arrogant. For customers who cannot speak local languages, she is really unfriendly. As a client, what she should learn is not only English, but also how to respect people from different cultures.
