Apart from that extra long Corona diversion at the entry not too bad ... The customer service attendant man was the highlight of the visit, well spoken, English speaking..yay! And pleasant beaucoup!

Great people working in the store. They weren't able to effectively enforce social distancing before the Nov-Dec lock down, though. Also, we ordered a 17-piece couch, but the delivery only came with 15 pieces (even on its inventory sheet). Customer service is swamped and less than helpful.
Just stay away from this store! Nothing happens in an appropriate way. Now I travel back for the 4-th time in order to attain some information why my pre- paid order for 2000 E is not delivered and why no-one knows where it is!!

Excellent Departement Store with a Great Location. Just a Huge Problem to found the right personal adviser they are always busy and they never know exactly... How will they inform you? Vendors are not trained at all and without any product updates. Which leads us to waste an incredible time in defiance of common sense. No real logic ... It's huge and has lots of choice , weather you want a chair , candles , a nice plant or a bite to eat , this is the place to go! It has everything you'd need for kitchens , bedrooms (for adults and kids) , living rooms, bathrooms and more . They have a large variety of choice for plants too , usually indoor plants and candles. They also have great food , you can buy lots of unusual food in almost a mini shopping market and you can get fresh food already cooked there too and even some delicious soft ice .
